About Sean
Sean Goldman is an award-winning composer, orchestrator and multi-instrumentalist whose work includes additional music contributions to the documentary series Our Oceans (Netflix), orchestrations for Bear Witness (Disney+), original scores and orchestrations for esteemed filmmaker Gabriele Fabbro’s work (8, The Grand Bolero), and many others.
Sean is known for his nuance and musical storytelling capabilities. He collaborates with filmmakers based around the world, including Canada, the United States, Italy and South America.
He also has experience producing scoring sessions, including at London's AIR-Lyndhurst Studios- where he also conducted- and Four For Music in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Sean’s musical identity is partly characterized by the presence of his instrumentalism in his scores. An accomplished musician and performer, he has contributed guitar, piano, ukulele, vocals, banjo, percussion and more, giving each project a unique and personal touch.
His work on 8 has been screened at both Warner Bros. and Paramount Studios, and has celebrated numerous festival appearances and garnered it 3 award wins and 30 nominations, several of which were for Sean’s score.
Sean received his Master’s Degree in Scoring for Film, TV and Video Games from Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain.
He is currently based in Los Angeles.
